In March 2026\, he will take on a powerful challenge — running 350km across five Cape Town townships to raise awareness and break the stigma surrounding mental health. This run is more than just distance; it’s a movement to spark open conversations\, inspire hope\, and encourage communities to support one another. Runners\, supporters\, and community members are invited to be part of this journey as we move together for healing\, strength\, and mental wellness.
