Join Us: Spar womens Run

The SPAR Women’s Challenge Cape Town is one of South Africa’s most celebrated running events, bringing thousands of women together each year for a 10km race and 5km fun run in the heart of the Mother City. The 4Impilo community will be present to support and celebrate our runners, standing alongside them as they take on the challenge. Our presence reflects our belief that movement, community, and connection are powerful tools for mental wellness, and we are proud to cheer on every step of the journey.
