This Youth Day, 16 June, 4Impilo joins the RCS Gugulethu Athletics Club for a powerful morning of movement, connection, and mental wellness at the annual GUGS Youth Race. Taking place at NY49 Stadium in Gugulethu, the event brings together runners, walkers, families, and community members to celebrate the positive impact that physical activity has on mental health.  As we commemorate Men’s Mental Health Month, we invite men and boys to move together, check in with one another, and start meaningful conversations. Every step taken is a reminder that movement can reduce stress, improve focus, boost mood, strengthen connections, and support overall wellbeing. Join us as we run, talk, connect, and continue breaking the stigma around mental health—because when men move together, they heal together
